| Firstly if you do your homework before , there should be no surprises . It's about a 90 minute drive from Canun .
The hotel stands alone on the edge of rocks with beaches both sides ( about 20 mins walk) .
My room was breathtaking . Spotless,clean and HUGE . Staff very helpful . Food was great . Pool is beautiful . My only regret is that I didn't book more time there . Will definitely be back |

| Vackert hotell, väldigt fina rum. Dock var personalen i receptionen lite snorkiga och svåra. Annars mycket bra. |

| My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and new years 2011. The place was dead, not many people at all which was surprising for this time of year. The food was marginal and the hot tubs were never turned on, that beautiful pool was cold. The room and hotel were clean and fine to stay in but not the place you would want to hang out or eat . |

| Très bel accueil et service irréprochable durant toute la duréé du séjour. L'endroit est sublime en tant que situation géographique et climatique pendant cette période de l'année. L'établissement est de très haut standing et le personnel très agréable et soucieux de satisfaire à tout moment le désir du client. Quoi dire de plus, un séjour parfait et je vais y retourner à coup sûr l'année prochaine à la même période si je vais pouvoir bénéficier d'une offre de réduction comme cette année. |

| This hotel is a real "gem" and was on of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The hotel staff was accommodating, attentive, and friendly from the minute we checked in. It felt as if we were the only guests there at times, even though the hotel was 50% occupied (during spring break). The food was outstanding...5 star gourmet as was the presentation. We never ate a bad meal. The extra perks that came with the all-inclusive were amazing as well...the villa butler will draw a bath in the jacuzzi tub in your room surrounded by candlelight, leaving decadent desserts and champagne on ice. We also received an unexpected foot massage by the pool, and wake-up massages in our room. This was an amazing experience that we think everyone should enjoy! |

| The hotel & staff were great. The food was excellent for an all-inclusive.
Tho I knew going in it was oceanfront (on a rocky cliff), but not beachfront, it was still a little disappointing to be unable to jump right in to the beautiful ocean that was right out there in the front yard, visible from everywhere, including the jacuzzi on our room's patio. It was so luxurious, but not in a high-faluting way.
And notwithstanding the above comment, you could walk to beaches in front of the funkier, rustic Tulum hotels (Copal, Azulik) in 15 minutes, or be shuttled by the hotel. (I guess if it were beachfront, the rates would be double). |
